Maryville requires all dogs – with owners living inside the city limits – to be registered and licensed each year.

We are always seeking community members who are willing to open their doors to our animals who need some TLC outside of the shelter.

Support the shelter by fostering animals in need.

Featured Animals

  • A cheerful tan and white dog sitting on the grass near a tree, with its tongue out and smiling.

    Ashton

He may not play an aloof character on “That 70s Show,” but this Ashton may very well become a star. He’s a 1-year-old Labrador mix who is active and enjoys playing fetch and rough housing.

  • A white, fluffy cat with green eyes and pink nose standing on a patterned surface indoors, with yellow shelves and a wall with a drawing of an animal paw print.

    Dawny

This 2-year-old female domestic medium-haired cat needs your help. Dawny is a special needs cat who needs a little extra TLC as she has a pinched colon and she also had her tail amputated.

  • A happy brown and white dog with its tongue out, standing on a checkered blanket on a kennel bed.

    Cardi Luna

Meet Cardi Luna, a 10-month-old, Hound mix. She is your typical puppy who will need to be given a little patience. She is active, affectionate and playful. Cardi Luna is good with children and fair with other dogs.
